Comprehensive Three-Phase Onboarding

Our three-phase onboarding program is designed to equip new franchisees with the skills and confidence needed for success. It begins with an extensive multi-week training program that covers everything from the basics to running a fully operational franchise, followed by ongoing one-on-one support. You'll learn from Comfort Keepers' in-house experts, who will share their valuable experience to help you positively impact your team, business, community, and clients.

Training & Support at Comfort Keepers

Phase One — Building Foundational Knowledge

This phase establishes essential skills through a blend of customized eLearning and virtual webinars. By the end of this stage, participants will understand how to implement our proven processes and why they are effective.

Phase Two — Bringing Foundational Knowledge to Life

Participants will visit our corporate office in Southern California to apply the knowledge gained in Phase One. This phase involves interactive discussions, role plays, and activities, allowing participants to share their insights and learn from their peers and the Comfort Keepers team. Each participant will leave with a personalized action plan to help them quickly achieve success.

Throughout Phases One and Two, new franchisees can network with other new owners and the corporate team, forging lasting relationships that extend beyond training.

Phase Three — Ongoing Learning and Support

As new owners implement the concepts from Phases One and Two, questions will arise. This is where the Regional Director steps in, providing one-on-one support through regularly scheduled calls. Owners can ask questions, receive feedback, and gain valuable insights from their Regional Director.

Franchisees can also join a Performance Management Group (PMG), a peer-supported quarterly meeting that offers members the chance to review their business with peers and share best practices. PMG members hold each other accountable for agreed-upon tasks or changes, functioning as a supportive board of directors with each other's best interests at heart.

All owners are invited to attend Comfort Keepers' annual learning events. The annual conference features structured learning and idea-sharing sessions. Additionally, the PMG summit, held annually, provides an opportunity to gain knowledge from peers on how to grow your business. Regularly scheduled state calls and annual state-specific in-person meetings offer additional state-specific insights.

The Comfort Keepers team is committed to offering continuous support. Whether it's through formal programs or simply a phone call away whenever help is needed, franchise owners can rest assured that they are never alone in their journey.
